Do I need an appointment to drop off items?

No appointment needed. Simply bring your items to 3225 FM 2001, Suites 603 & 604, Buda TX 78610 during business hours: Mon–Fri 11AM–6PM, Sat 2PM–6PM. We are closed Sundays.

What items do you accept for donation?

We accept furniture, tools, electronics, collectibles, clothing, jewellery, household goods, and more. Items must be clean, complete, and suitable for resale. If you are unsure whether we can accept something, text us first and we'll let you know.

What items do you not accept?

We do not accept hazardous materials, broken items, heavily damaged goods, or items with missing critical components. If you're unsure, text us before bringing them in.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

A donation receipt is issued on the spot. Because a defined portion of proceeds benefits Outsiders Anonymous, a registered 501(c)(3), your donation may be eligible for a tax deduction. Pennyworth Auctions itself is not a 501(c)(3). We recommend consulting a tax advisor for your specific situation.

How much of the proceeds goes to Outsiders Anonymous?

A defined portion of proceeds from auctioned donated items is contributed to Outsiders Anonymous. Pennyworth manages intake, processing, cataloguing, photography, and auction execution — the operational infrastructure that makes this programme work.

What happens to items that aren't auctioned?

Some items may not be suitable for our live auction platform. In those cases, we will advise you at the time of drop-off. We aim to be transparent about what we can and cannot process through our system.

Can businesses donate items?

Absolutely. We welcome business donations — overstock, office equipment, furniture, returns, and more. For larger commercial donations, text us ahead of time so we can prepare for the intake.
